This video recommends Wordtracker.com to lookup how many times that keyword has been searched everyday.
So how do you get relevant keywords?
Type “keyword here” into suggestion tool and from the list given find a specific keyword that is relevant to your site. He reminds us that we don’t have to concentrate just one one keyword term on our site. Type in multiple words to expand your search traffic.

Also look for 10-100 searches. 2-3 word keyword phrase to reduce competition.
